Ariels - Club

The Ariels Victorian Churches Netball Association is a netball association that began in 1930. It began as the Victorian Churches Netball Association and has progressively developed over the 76 years that has followed. The Ariels name was added to the Victorian Churches name to make it more marketable in recent years and the association is proud of its long history therefore proudly maintaining the Victorian Churches link.

Ariels currently provide the following representative teams:

These teams play at Waverley Netball Centre or State Netball Hockey Centre in Parkville. The club uses a variety of training facilities including Maroondah Indoor Sports Centre, Waverley Netball Centre, State Netball Hockey Centre, Ringwood Athletics Track and on occasions various school training facilities.
Ariels also run competitions that are open to players of all standards on Monday nights, Tuesday mornings, Thursday night and a mixed competition on Sunday nights. These competitions currently take place at H E Parker in Heathmont and Maroondah Indoor Sports Centre in Ringwood.
